Help a customer resolve a problem? This is not a problem for you! As a part-time French-Dutch Customer Service Agent, you think about solutions and always remain friendly. You support customers via live chat and on different social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook, in Dutch and French. Are you afraid of doing the same thing every day? This is certainly not the case in this company! You will work for a company that provides customer service for large retail chains!
The organization you will be a part of is located in the Netherlands and has several stores. You've probably shopped there at least once! This company is also active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Spain, Slovakia and Portugal.
As a part-time French-Dutch Customer Service Agent, you work between 24 and 32 hours per week. Don't have any customer service experience yet? Don't worry, you will receive comprehensive training in the first two days, in the offices located in Amsterdam, so that you can best serve all clients. You are only expected at the Amsterdam office once a month. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., as well as weekends from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Ce qu'on vous demande:
- Au minimum avoir terminé le mbo
- Vous parlez couramment français et néerlandais;
- Vous êtes disponible pour au moins 24h par semaine;
- Vous aimez parlez avec les clients et résoudre leurs problèmes;
- Une expérience précédente dans le service client est un avantage!
