Wat ga je doen?
- Affinity with game/VR tech is a pro - not a pre. Anyone with minimal technical knowledge can facilitate after initial onboarding.
- It's important that you're available 1-3 (typically 2) days per week, long-term--at least between September and November.
- At Enliven we use virtual reality experiences for perspective-taking in education and training. We are currently rolling out our unique Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) training, including a unique VR experience to walk a mile in the shoes of a colleague facing harmful behavior. Our training is rated 4,6 out of 5.
- You will have the significant responsibility to provide (autonomous) technical facilitation at important corporate clients in Eindhoven mainly, but also Amsterdam and other locations occassionaly.
- As you're often the only facilitator, we rely on you to show up and be on-time.
- You are onboarded with basic documentation, but mainly by joining training sessions (1-2 days depending on how quick you learn).
- A typical working day starts is from 9:00-16:00. Our trainings are typically planned on Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays, varying each week. We are happy to share our planning up to November.

In case you're available and looking to contribute to Enliven beyond the tech facilitation role, we prefer candidates available full-time able to cover the following roles the remaining 2-3 days weekly: sales, communication & multimedia, software development.
Because of the variation in training-days, candidates available full-time are preferred.
