Werkzaamheden

As a customer service employee, you are contactperson for questions from the customers of the wellness brand. You enjoy talking to customers through a personal approach. Here you give the customers the ultimate experience with your creative answers. You can expect different questions, for example about the online store, products or orders. You ensure that the relaxed and pleasant shopping experience is conveyed over the phone, via email or via social media. It's your job to put a smile on the customer's face.

Arbeidsduur en werktijden

The Customer service is open from Monday to Sunday between 08:45 AM - 9:00 PM. The working hours are from Monday to Friday between 08:45 AM and 21:00 PM and in the weekend between 10:00 AM and 18:30 PM. You can choose a shift of 4, 6 or 8 hours. The schedules are based on different pools. During the application process you can express your preference for one of the following options:


  • Option 1: Late shifts from Mon-Thu
  • Option 2: Day shifts from Mon-Thu
  • Option 3: Late shifts Mon, Fri-Sun
  • Option 4: Day shifts Tue-Fri
  • Option 5: Day shifts Mon, Fri-Sun
  • Option 6: Late shifts Tue-Fri
  • Option 7: Day and late services Mon-Fri


Day shifts take place between 08:45-18:00

Late shifts take place between 11:00-21:00

Weekend shifts take place between 10:00-18:30


You can work completely from home, but you are also welcome at the office in Amsterdam or Enschede! Where fun drinks are regularly organized.

Organisatie

The brand's customer service will be hosted by an organization that focuses on customer service for several major brands. They are known for a very personal and creative approach of their customer service. This means that you don't work with a script, but can let your creativity run wild on the answers!


You work together with international colleagues. They are based in Amsterdam and Enschede, but also have offices in 35 other countries.

Functie-eisen

  • You have a BSN, Dutch health insurance and are registered in The Netherlands
  • You are willing to pick up the laptop & eventually return it in Amsterdam or Enschede
  • You are available for at least 20 hours
  • You are service oriented
  • You speak fluently German and English, if you're not sure about this then this is not the job for you
  • You like to help customers in a creative way
  • You are able to start on the 10th of October or later

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Your hourly salary is €15,- gross per hour
  • In addition, you get 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation pay
  • On bank holidays you will receive 100%, on Sundays 50% & in the evening between 20:00 and 21:00 25%, on top of your salary!
  • The customer service is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
