As a member of the Flexpool, you will be part of a diverse team with a range of skills and backgrounds. Depending on demand and your availability, you will be assigned to various tasks and departments. These assignments could include working in the cleanroom or in the warehouse.

In the cleanroom, a controlled, dust-free environment, materials are carefully cleaned and inspected. To maintain strict cleanliness standards, you will be required to wear a protective suit, hairnet, and shoe covers. In the warehouse, you will be involved in logistical activities such as receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping materials. This area is crucial to ensuring smooth operations, as it supports everything from inbound to outbound processes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Inspecting the quality of machine parts;
• Keeping track of administration and registering tools;
• Labeling and stickering materials;
• Packing and preparing machine parts for shipment;
• Cleaning machine components or items like pallets.

The Flexpool operates in a two-shift system:

• Early shift: 06:30 - 15:30
• Late shift: 15:00 - 00:00
• You will work in a rotating schedule, alternating weekly between the day shift and the evening shift.

While there are no current openings, we're continuously expanding our Talent Pool to prepare for future opportunities.

In addition, you should be:

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
• Proficient in English.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to completing tasks and assignments.
• Motivated to learn and develop within the role.
• Able to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).

For those efforts, we of course offer something in return:

• A starting hourly wage of €14.11, with the potential to increase up to €16 per hour, plus additional shift allowances depending on your working hours.
• Travel cost reimbursement at €0.21 per kilometer for distances between 10 km and 20 km.
