What are you going to do:

As a Front Office Technical Agent in Greece you work in an international telecommunications company headquartered in Belgium. As a Front Office Technical Agent in Greece, you’ll assist customers with technical issues related to the line connections, internet services, digital television and mobile networks. Your main responsibilities include providing technical support via calls, resolving customer issues such as login difficulties, Wi-Fi and TV connection problems, or remote control malfunctions and identifying sales opportunities during customer interactions by offering updated products or services instead of repairing outdated ones.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability

  • Prior experience in customer care or sales (experience in BPO is a plus)
