What will you do ?
Are you looking for a position where your French and English language skills make a difference? As a French-speaking customer service representative, you will work in a fun and also challenging environment where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will take center stage.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Serving as the first point of contact for both business and individual customers.
Responding to customer inquiries in French or English via phone, email, and chat.
Handling returns and orders by sharing invoices, providing order updates, and giving detailed information about products and services.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
As a customer service representative, you will be joining an IT company operating across Europe, with offices in Nijmegen and Scandinavia. You will be a part of a team of around 10 colleagues and you will also have the possibility to work remotely.
Who are you?
You are fluent in French and English. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus but not required.
You have excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
You have previous experience in customer service or a similar field.
