As the first point of contact, you’ll engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance, whether it’s product details or order inquiries. Your empathy, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach will ensure that every customer feels valued. By working closely with your team and suggesting creative solutions, you’ll help strengthen the brand’s reputation for excellence.

We’re searching for a Dutch & German-speaking customer agent with at least an MBO 4 diploma or equivalent experience. You’ll thrive in this position if you have:
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for building customer relationships
- A problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for fashion, premium service, and customer satisfaction
- Experience with customer support tools (a plus, but not required)
