As a support assistant at Bitvavo, you navigate the dynamic world of digital currencies and the regulations surrounding them like no other. You handle a wide range of customer inquiries—from technical issues to security questions—initially via email and later also via chat or phone. Within the support team, you ensure compliance with all regulations and contribute to the continuous improvement of the app!Have you noticed that the same question keeps coming up? - You are an HBO or university student with at least 12 months left in your studies;
- You speak and write German at C2 level and are fluent in Dutch and English;

- You are social, stress-resistant, and focused on finding solutions.
