We're seeking a full-time French-speaking customer service representative for an international travel agency to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Assist with booking inquiries, travel details, and extra services.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
Provide expert recommendations on travel products.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each customer interaction.
As a French customer service representative, you’ll be engaging with travelers from all around the world. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be important in providing top-tier service. This role is available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
The training period begins on June 2nd and lasts for two weeks. Once onboarded, you'll have the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week. The company operates between 08:00 and 20:00, and your monthly schedule will be provided in advance, with the option to swap shifts with colleagues in your French customer service team.
