Ready to join ASA and get started? As part of our Flex Pool team, you'll play an important role in supporting different companies. No two days are the same, so you’ll always have something new to do! We’re looking for someone flexible, eager to learn, and open to exploring various industries. You just need to be at least 15 years old and live in Maastricht.

• Flexibility: Choose when and where you work, fitting it perfectly around your schedule.
• Variety: Gain experience in all sorts of sectors like healthcare, hospitality, cleaning, retail, and customer service.
• Marketplace: Use our new "Marketplace" feature to check out available shifts for the week and book yourself in for the jobs you enjoy. You’re in control!
• Growth: Learn new skills by taking on different tasks and responsibilities.
• Networking: Meet new people and build valuable connections for your future.
• Support: Help various clients with their goals and work together to achieve success.
